We start with a few decorations right after Thanksgiving, but don't put up the tree until sometime in December. We leave ours up through Epiphany, and it's just too long if it's much more than a month.
The music comes out Thanksgiving weekend. I LOVE Christmas music and we have a whole CD notebook devoted to holiday music. I also have tons of Christmas LPs that I keep hoping we'll burn into CDs, but getting DH motivated is hard. Maybe I'll ask for that for Christmas this year?

We're leaving from MHT. The kids are working on their homework now. AJ wants to take a shower now so he won't have to in the morning.....good idea...he smells like 7 year old little boy....
Well Angels, I guess that I'm going to bid you all adieu.
I'll probably pop back in before we leave in the morning...but no guarantees!

Evening all! Busy day at work and the DIS was so slow I couldn't get in when I wasn't quite so busy
It's neat to hear about other towns/cities way of trick or treating. I know around here football is really big so there is no way they'd do it on a weekend. Also it is safer to have the kids out between 5&8 PM.
Christmas decorations go up Thanksgiving weekend here! I usually do them myself and if they aren't up before Dec 1st, I doubt they'll make it up this year at all Not much for Christmas though so no music and not much decorations going on. Most of the time the tree accidentally stays up until my birthday 
Lars, I think if you just come this way on the 1st, he'll get the picture

Just a quick pop in, I worked all day and there is no internet at that place! The nerve!!!!!
Hi to all, safe trip to Steph, good luck to CSs sibling's band, no christmas shopping till I get some $, no christmas music either. Although a radio station plays it 24 hrs a day starting thanksgiving. I need to get out my haloween decor.
DS is leaving in the morning for winter park, co, his new home. I have to go donate extra stuff to his new home, he;s getting some old tupperware, some gladware, and a bunch of old utensils. I don['t have a lot, because he already moved 5 times, and the donations have been extensive.
I will try to catch up tomorrow, I should have alittle more dis time, with ds out of here.
Have to work again tomorrow at the same place, I did not get the ASU job, so here;s hoping that mr financial advisor will hire me at 15 per hour, so I can have lots of $$$$ and be able to plan a WDW trip. The jopb I have for now will only pay the bills, which is better than nothing, but I do need to have a trip planned, at all times.
