Disney and First Time Pregnancy Questions

Hi Gang!
I'm expecting and will be 25 weeks when we visit Disney this July. We've been to Disney tons of times and I've always loved heat and humidity in the summertime. However, since the pregnancy, I haven't been good at all in the heat here at home (and it's only just started getting hot and humid here in PA). So, I'm really worried how I'm going to do in the summer heat in FL.

Has anyone else been though this that has tips or suggestions? I know it's safe to fly(I'm seeing my doctor the day before the trip too), but I'm a worrier here... First time mom here! Can't you tell!?!

We went in March this year at about 22 weeks and it was a great time to go during the pregnancy! While it was not hot I have also been suffering from heat issues during the pregnancy and my recommendation would be to go to the parks early in the day and then in the evening and during the afternoon to take a nap or swim. I drank a ton of water - had a bottle all the time! Also, on rides that the baby and I could not ride we found a cool, shaded place to sit and wait (on the air conditioned rides I went all the way through with our group and then exited before the ride).

We just got back two weeks ago and I was 23 weeks with twins. I second the suggestion for going back to your resort and resting or swimming in the pool! Also make sure you have good footwear. The other thing my doctor was adamant about was that I stay hydrated and she told me specifically to drink something other than water or with my water like gatorade. Also to make sure you are eating enough. Have fun!
