I believe the last issue was in November. I got a notice about a week ago saying the remaining term of my subscription will be converted to Family Fun. My subscription was purchased through a Special Olympics fundraiser. Last fall, they sent me a letter notifying me of the cancellation and asked me to call them directly and pick a different magazine. I switched to Nickelodeon and have been receiving it since Dec. I don't know if I'll actually get the Family Fun, but it sure seems like the Disney publisher messed up this whole thing.

I'm really glad that I found this post. I had just ordered a subscription from a friend at work for her daughter's fundraiser. I had no idea that this was a magazine for kids. Hopefully I'll be able to decide on something else.
I really wish Disney did better with magazines. I was really excited about getting the DA, but maybe it's a good thing since it was for kids.

They extended my sub to Family Fun. I think we are now getting it until 2018 or something crazy like that!

I too received the letter that I will be getting family fun which I already get. I thought that it would continue forever but yesterday I received the march issue again. I guess I will be receiving two copies per month. Does anyone know the number that I can call to fix this mess???

Count me in on the frustrated list! DS's got changed to Family Fun. I guess we should be thankful (Ha!), at least we don't get that. We already get Boys Life (scout publication, that seemed a wierd replaecment!!) and have no interest in SI...but- we got the FEBRUARY Family Fun as our first issue. 2 days ago. Gee, thanks, send us the old stock as a compensation. I think I'll rush right out and make Valentines for the kids for Easter. Grrr!

Our sub is mercifully up in May. I can't imagine trying to switch it for the last couple issues would be worth the frustration based on the previous posts.

I called several months ago, and they couldn't give me any answers. About a month ago I received a postcard from Family Fun saying my subscription would start soon. I had this magazine years ago, and hated it for free, so I called to cancel and get a refund. I was told I couldn't since I had ordered it through a school fundraiser.

I called the fundraising company, they couldn't have been nicer. I was able to cancel the Family Fun, and receive Sports Illustrated for 6 months instead.

Two days ago, I also received a copy of Family Fun, the February issue. So this really stinks worse than anything, to cancel DA and then send old used issues of Family Fun. What great customer service. Considering the last issue of Disney Adventures was November, they've known at least 6 months or more that this was going to happen.
