Disney 5K?

Hello, all! My husband & I are considering running the 5K that takes place during the marathon weekend. We are wondering if it takes much away from your vacation fun time, and if it is worth the extra crowds? We are already planning our trip for January, so we would just have to back it up a couple of weeks to make it work. We also considered the 5K walk so that the kiddos could do it with us. Thoughts?

I'll be there for my first Disney half marathon. I think it would be a great addition to your family fun to participate in the 5k!
