Disney 50th celebration-when does it end?

Does anyone know when the Disney 50th celebration ends?

Sometime between the first week of Sept and the end of the year. Depends on who you ask, what day and the position of the moon!

It was supposed to go 18 months, starting May 5th, 05. Which means it should go until Nov. 5th. In early Feb. I emailed and was told the end of the year. Now, others are saying they've been told the first part of Sept. So, its anyones guess at this point!

Thanks, we are going in October and trying to figure out how crowded it might be. I assume if the 50th celebration is still going it will be more crowed. We went to Dineyworld in Oct 2005 and it was great so it's time to visit Disneyland.

The second weekend in October is likely to be your least crowded weekend.

The first weekend in Gay Days and the last 2 weekends will probably have Mickey's Halloween Party at DCA which normally means lots of people at DL during the day who head over to DCA about 6pm.
