Hi All ~ Every year we visit Mountsberg Conservation Area for the Sugar Bush demonstrations and to enjoy the great outdoors. We also enjoy a pancake breakky with maple syrup from the area trees!
Would you all like to plan a Sugar Bush DISMeet? Here are some details:
February 25 to April 17, 2006
Weekends AND daily during March Break (March 13 to 17)
Maple Syrup Days
10:00 4:00pm Mountsberg
Come experience a great Canadian tradition! Smell the steam of boiling maple sap in our wood-fired evaporator, make maple candy in the candy house, take a guided horse-drawn sleigh tour through the sugar bush, enjoy pancakes and syrup in the pavilion, and pick up some fresh maple syrup and maple products from the country store. Also visit the PlayBarn and take in a Birds of Prey demonstration.
PS: We Quebecer's all this SUGARING OFF!
