I've got news. Cheri's in laws don't live too far from me after all. In fact it is a place where we go at least 1x amonth soooooooo we might get to meet after all. IF Braeton will get well and the rest of us don't get it. i really don't think it is a virus this time. I think it has a lot to do with all the siezures he's having and the meds he's on. Buttttt anywayy we will get through it. I've been so grumpy the last few days because of the lack of sleep and then Braeton comes and hugs me and tells me I win the best and prettiest Mom of the year award because I love him and take care of him and let him cook creations laughing: )!!! And then I felt so BAD because He was the one feeling bad and I was the one grumpy and he has been so sweet through all of this.
I'm keeping a really bad headache through this but it finally got through to me that if he can suffer continual Migraines and be sweet that I can attempt to at least be tolerable!!!
I'm not grumpy to anyone else but my poor boys have heard me scream SEVERAL times the last 2 days. i think I shocked the poop out of them!! Probably why B was trying to butter me up huh????

Oh, I'm sorry to hear this. Kids have such great wisdom to teach us!

And no worries on the yelling...it sounds like it's not often and I when I do it, I try to apologize to DD...to show her that I can be wrong, too and need to apologize for my behavior as well.

It seems here lately my voice is raised more and more, but i always try to makesure that we NEVER NEVER EVER go to bed angry at each other. That is the rule for all of us DH and I included!!

its comfortable here (as of this morning)...but wait a couple months and i'll be complaining how cold it is and how i wish i was back in Fl.

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to exclude moms. I just figured others have been through this before. Yes, I know another playgroup that meets at the library, same day, same time and a lot closer to my house...so it would actually be a LOT better.

You shouldn't feel bad. There "suggestion" doesnt even make sense, in fact there "suggestion" is the funniest thing i heard all morning. There request has nothing to do with being a Christian or not.

Last night i stayed up late talking to my 15 yr old sister. Everything was going along smoothly, and somehow the topic of Disboards came up. (i think i was trying to convince her to come join) Anyways, do you know what she told me?????

Her: "well me and bubba (my 13 yr old brother) were talking and we decided that disney is gay."

Me: "What?!? I thought u liked Disney!"

"Yea but there's nothing really to do there"

"What?!?" There's plenty to do if u 2 werent too chicken to ride the rides."

"but everyone is so happy..."

"well duh, its Disney...its the happiest place one earth "

she laughed. "theres all these people with camera's stopping to take pictures of everything"

Hey Everyone

I didn't really read back...today has been nuts with trying to get ready for the trip. I hate leaving my house unorganized so it always seems like double the pressure to get things done Makes me wonder why I just do not stay organized all the time and then I would have one less worry

Thanks for the support ... it actually does make me feel better to know that I am not completely crazy in this.

I've known these people for 3 years in our playgroup...we don't really do too much outside of group (except scrapbook with 3 of them). This allergy issue is coming up now since Anna had the "was it the potato salad?" issue in the eye...happened 2 wks ago.

is that the first episode like this in the 3 years y'all have been having play group? I"m not really sure what to tell ya 'cept that personally I'd find another play group or maybe do something like a gymnastics group or toddler gym or something like that with my child if it was me. But I'm the type of person that can easily detatch myself from people if they decide to be rude to me or judgemental. Life is too short to worry about what everyone else thinks about decisions that you make that you feel are best for you and your family. I hope you can get the situation resolved in one way or another so you don't have to worry about it any longer.

Ah there's the answer to my question. I thought you might be leaving today. Glad to hear you won't have to leave till tomorrow. I know you were wondering about that yourself. That's awesome that you get paid in the car too. Gotta love that!

So we went to get the Halloween decorations down today and DD was flipping out with excitement.

Then I found these 2 large grocery bags -- Wow!!! It was dress-up clothes that I had gotten on Freecycle about 1-2 years ago. I had stashed them away b/c they were way too big at the time. So we go through them today and voila!!

- Snow White Dress (Disney one) and wig
- Blue Princess Dress and Hoop skirt
- Tiger outfit
- Statue of Liberty outfit
- The Witch from Snow White Outfit
- Angel Outfit

Score!!

I asked DD which one she like the best ... it was Snow White all the way ... until she saw the Angel costume -- it had wings!!! And now she wants to be an angel. (I'm going to try to convince her to be Snow White since that outfit fit her better...the wings kept falling off her arms...)

bonus!! that is awesome that you found all those costumes just in time for halloween. That Snow White costume sounds adorable.
