We need to purchase a new printer. And thanks to so many wonderful DISigners here I have several items that I'm going to be printing for shirt transfers. Since we are in the market for a new printer I thought it might be wise to ask opinions here on what your best experiences have been with the transfers/printers. Looking for recommendations that won't break the bank.

Thanks,
Cristy

The good thing with technology is, even the lower end HP printers are printing with pretty good resolutions these days. Personally I like the Epson all in one series.

I've really had good luck with my Lexmark but had to buy a new printer since the Lexmark I owned didn't work with Windows VISTA and I had gotten a new PC. Bought a Kodak all-in-one and it is great to have! Haven't printed a transfer yet but other printing and scanning are fine.

I don't really need the fax machine......and Walmart doesn't have it at the store.

I checked Target....they don't have that particular model but several others less the fax machine.

Anyone have any info on these.....they have great prices on them. Plus I have a $75 Target gift card someone gave me so that would work out great!

Thanks!

The nx 400 has a 1200 dpi (dots per inch), that's pretty darn good. hint the more dpi the better quality the prints will be.
