Disigners Make Scrapbooks?

I was wondering if there are any Disigners out there that would or have made Disney scrapbooks or Autograph books for others?
I would be willing to pay (if not too expensive). We are going on our Disneymoon in Dec, and I wanted something special. I just don't have a talented bone in my body
