I saw someone elso have one on DIS on a Virginia License plate but I'm looking for a state of Illinois, or even better CHICAGO, a sign that says "DO YOU DIS" with the letters in green? Can anyone make this for me??? Pretty please??????????

No...no one has done them for me. :-( I'm sooooooo unloved. We leave this SUnday & I was hoping to get it for then. Can you PLEASE help me????
