DISigners...do you ever teach "how to"?

I am new to the digital designing...been traditional scrapbooker for YEARS! Loving what I see digital! You guys are AMAZING! I am using microsoft digital image pro but have no idea how to start designing what I see here...would any of you tell me where to start or what you use, etc? ANy designing tutorials?

I use photoshop elements and there are a TON of video tutorials on youtube that teach how to make designs. There is also a great user forum:

I think photoshop elements is used by the majority of DISigners but certainly not all of them.

I use photoshop cs5 extended, but if you ever need tips, feel free to ask. Also you will learn that there are several different ways to do one thing. So if you do see a tutorial that might not make sense, there is always another way to get the desired effect you want so just constantly learn different techniques and styles.
