DISign request

Hi, all you great disigners! I have a request. I'm a school nurse and want to fancy up my office. I would like to make a sign to hang outside my door, which is why I need your help. I would like it to say something like Nurse's Office and then my name which is Mrs. Hanni or Riali Hanni RN (whichever looks better). Of course anything medical/disney would be great. If someone could put something together I would love that. Thank you so much!!!!!

At the beginning of each year we would stick the skeleton outside our health office and at times we would put the nurse's name on it Cute and not too many children lost their way. However, we had one child that screamed before he even got close to the door....it only took him a few trips to get over it tho Good luck with whatever these awesome designers come up with
