Dish Direct vs. Dish Network

I've been with Dish for about 4 years. My cost has increased steadily.

Dish Direct is in the area and can offer more channels, with Tivo, for about $25 less per month for 12 months.

Anyone have experience changing from one dish service provider to the other?

Do you mean Direct TV? If you are referring to Direct TV, they are fantastic!!
Have had them for the last 9 years and have never had a problem.
When we were moving from one house to another, we just called them and they came back out and reconnected up right away!

I agree with ChristmasElf; it's very easy to switch. We've done it twice - started with Directv, switched to Dish Network, and then switched back to Directv

(Don't get me started on why the double switch, DH is convinced that there's always a better deal to be had elsewhere, then he discovered, like I had told him, the Directv was better in the first place!)

LOL.... I did the exact OPPOSITE..... cuz Dish is better in the first place!

Matter of fact, I'm even buying a 1yr plan for my mom as a housewarming gift next month -- to Dish.

I wonder why your cost is increasing. I've had Dish Network for 4 years and my rates went up once by $2.00 in the entire 4 years and that was a over year ago.

My parents have Direct TV and love it.
