Hello, I noticed a couple people have used this company to order somewhat customized shirts. Well I figured I would give them a shot and created and ordered a custom tank top and shirt for our honeymoon to surprise my fiance with along with some Disney Dollars that I boght from the Disney Store.

I even ugraded the shipping to Prority (2-3 days). I finally get the package on Wednesday and there was only the tank top in it! Also no packing slip. So I emailed the company and asked if it might be coming seperately because there was no packing slip and it may have been 1 of 2. My sister thought it was odd also (she watched me open the package since I was excited to show her what I ordered).

Their reply was that the shirts are parked one inside the other...well I saw no tshirt only the tank top and got charged for both on my SEFCU check card which works kind of like a credit card but comes right out of my checking. I even tried the tank top on and no tshirt was found!

They have NO phone number and I am thinking about returning the tank top for my money back. I feel like I have been jipped!

They have replied with the same comment twice and it is aggravating. I am very annoyed that when I put $50.00 towards a gift that I do not receive both products and it ruined a surprise!

PLEASE do NOT order from them and spread the word.

I was looking there to do a custom bride/groom shirt as well, and I was not impressed with their design choices, I thought that the phrases you could add to the shirts were very limited, and it would not allow me to put "Just Married" with 5/29/05 on the back of it. I'll have to go someplace else to do it I suppose.

There were some threads on the Community Board a while back with similar experiences - I believe it took several weeks/months to straighten out.

For Me & My Hubby2be I Ordered The Happy Couple Art Code With Our Positions (bride, Groom), Event(our Wdw Wedding) & Dates. For Others I Ordered The Family Vacation Art Code With The Same (mother Of The Bride) Etc. Disney Allows You Select Prints In White Tshirt Or Sweatshirt But Up To 3 Lines Of Custom Personalization (no Set Wording) I Would Definetly Recommend Disneydirect.com

Thank you for the info it was EXTREMELY helpful! I called them and talked to customer service...my voice was shaking b/c I wanted to cry...but pretty much told him that they ruined my Valentine's Day gift for my fiance!!!

The guy said he would have it printed tonight/today...not sure of time difference from cali to ny.

I got his extension number also. That is the last time i deal with them!! I hope people will see my post and think twice before ordering from them!

Word of mouth gets around!

I had a problem similar to yours with Zazzle and will never order from them again. I even had the person I spoke with tell me he never told me he'd sent out my order next day shipping when they screwed up. It took me about 2 extra weeks to get my shirts and then they were wrong!

Try cafepress.com. Their site is similar to zazzle, but so far people haven't had any problems with them.

My cousin surprised her fiance with sweatshirts she bought at WDW and got emboridered at the Christmas Store - very neat. Put "Just Married at" over the Walt Disney World. She did it on one of her wedding planning trips.

My friends and I ordered matching custom t shirts from zazzle.com and we didn't have any problems at all, they even added the name I requested to their list.
