I'm glad to hear that you had a good time at Hoop De Doo. What happened at Chef Mickey's...was it at breakfast or dinner?

It was dinner, quality and variety have went down. We were there for over a good hour I would say and didn't see all the characters. Never got a refill. It just has went downhill.

So another exciting day in the Johnson house. DS10 gets off the bus covered in a bright red rash. We just got back from the Doc & it's fifth disease. He's not contagious now but Doc recommends staying out of the sun.
I swear someone is testing me this week.

Oh no! You poor thing! I hope he's well soon.

My MIL is in. Hoping to get things done tomorrow morning and I'm planning on packing for Disney on Friday and no sooner. I have too much to do before then. My MIL did bring up a Peter Pan shortall for Michael and a Cinderella for Danae. Gotta go find them tees for those. I haven't even got a clue what I'm wearing for Disney yet. Ugh!

I seriously need someone to come over and force me to start packing! I still haven't done my laundry or started packing, and I won't be doing either one tonight. I'm being such a procrastinator! Plus it looks like a bomb went off in our apartment. There are piles of stuff everywhere - bags of stuff that I've bought for the trip. None of it is in any way organized. Just a huge mess!

We are going to try to be at the 9:45 Turtle Talk also. And I didn't realize until yesterday that you are going to be at Pop for the first few days of your vacation. I hope we see you there!

Cool! I'll be watching for you! We also arrive Friday night and just plan on hanging around the resort, having dinner in the food court and probably going for a swim. Maybe we'll bump into you then!

Thank you! You are exactly right- Once we get to Disney, it's go, go, go... We don't stop! So I really need to go to bed early tonight --- Doesn't help that we have to wake up at 3:00 am!!!! But I'd rather sleep on the plane and get to Disney early vs. sleep later and not have as much time to spend in the parks!

I can't wait!!!

Sounds like we have the same plans for Friday night so there is a good chance that we'll see you there!! Did you request a certain area of Pop? We didn't...we are staying in a standard room...DH wants one close to the parking lot. We wanted the 50's section last time and got the 80's & we loved it.

And we also have the same plans for Monday morning...I think we are going to be stalking each other a lot!!

I'm just getting so excited...DH took the girls to dinner and I got a lot of things packed and hidden. I really only have shoes, snacks & hairbrushes to pack and we will be ready to go. I do have my shoes all together & I know where all of Amanda's are...I have already packed Alyssa's she will only wear flip flops to school for the rest of the week.

Just took a closer look at the Brown Derby's menu... I think I'm going to cancel the reservations I made today! Not enough appeals to us.. (I can get the "famous grapefruit cake" at Starring Rolls if I want! lol)

Also read the schedule incorrectly - I thought Fantasmic had a second show on Wed, but it's on Thursday. I'm starting to get myself all mixed up. I've got to stop looking at all of this and just ENJOY.

Bob decided one of our bags was 'too heavy', so he pulled out a fourth and started to redistribute. I just want to be IN DISNEY.. ENOUGH of this "pre" stuff!!!

I'm with you on this...we're so close now we just need to be there!! I know I will not be concentrating on work for the next couple of days...I got our Financial Statements out today so hopefully there won't be too many fires to put out in the next 2 days!!

I'll have to tell Paul about the grapefruit cake at Starring Rolls...he loves grapefruit. I've never eaten at Brown Derby it is on my list for "someday" though.

OK for all of us arriving on Friday...what time will you leave & when do you expect to be on WDW property? What are your 1st night plans?

I've already told mine earlier but I'll tell them again...We are driving and are planning to leave around 6am to arrive at the Pop Century around 5 or 6pm. We plan to eat at the Pop Food Court & swim.

Since Paul found out that he is going to be off ALL day on Friday we are going to try to leave around 6am...that should put us at Pop around 5 or 6 that evening...we will stop a few times along the way.

Lucky you're getting in early. We don't arrive to the airport until 11:14 pm....

Oh my goodness you guys we just got back from Hoop and I ate a lot and laughed so hard I cried. It's raining right now, wouldn't be a Hoop De Doo night.
