i'm sorry that i've disappointed a lot of people on this thread, and i will definitely own up to my white elephant status. it's completely fair if you want to chide me for taking a long time to chime in and join in the fun. i also understand you putting your support behind the other top ten candidates who have been here longer.

Oh I am so excited to hear you guys on the Inside the Magic Podcast (I listen to that one and the dis podcast too- when will they have you guys on?). And thanks to everyone for such a FUNNY night last night! Everyone made me laugh so hard and I have to agree with everyone that said their spouses might wheel them off to the looney bin...I think my husband is making some calls right now!

So what I really want to know... What did they ask the top twenty in that phone interview? I am just wondering what kinds of questions they used to determine the top ten? I understand if those in the top ten don't answer this...but those who didn't make it, can you say now?

Nothing wrong with new people joining -- I never said that. I have a problem with people joining JUST to get votes! There is a difference and only time tells what category one fits in.

I understand not everyone agrees with my opinion -- I am OK with that.

In fact, I really like Meggin's approach -- she earns points in my book for it.

tripp, it's an honor sharing underdog status with you and i'll certainly be praying for your friends. i have some good friends that just lost their jobs suddenly, and it's such a rough deal. i'm sorry that you have friends going through the same thing.

Sorry that I've not been around today. Truth be told, I'm having a bad day, as I knew I would. I just didn't want you guys to think that I hit the road once I didn't advance. I'm just not feeling particularly Fleagleish. I wouldn't be able to stand it if I thought that my disappointment took away from anyone's excitement.

So, I'll be around when I can be a little more chipper. But, I reserved the room for my pity party for 36 hours and I want to get my money's worth.

I assume everyone knows this but just in case you don't...

when voting and you input the number/letter sequence to confirm your vote, make sure you hit the "vote me as the dream cmo" button. If you just hit "enter" on your keyboard like you can for some things, it does not count as a vote (no confirmation) but just brings up a new number/letter sequence.

At first I thought it might be a short-cut to voting faster...but it doesn't appear to be...

I'm building up reserves, so I can start working on that star studded musical production number featuring the world of Sid & Marty Krofft! I've got a call in to Witchipoo to star, but since it's REALLY long distance, I might not hear for awhile.

Oh - you might really need to get extra earplugs. My understanding is that Witchipoo is not as good a singer as Roseanne!

All you members of the Fleagle family are just amazing, you know that? I really wish I had known you when my wife and spent a few days in your neck of the woods in August! We made a trek to Williamsburg, Yorktown, and such and had a wonderful time!
