Ok all of you experienced Diser's I need your help. I am thinking of organizing our meet and greet on our cruise. No one want to do it so I started to look into it. Never been to one I don't know what all is needed.

I contact Disney and they wanted to know how many people and would need 2 bar tenders at $30 each. Is this done? Or is it just a place to see if they will give us for a while?

How long to reserve the space and what times? Disney said something in an email that 2:30 to 3:30 for a place?

If you want an "official" meet and greet, that's how you would set it up. Many groups just say "everyone meet up at (for example) 3:00 in Promenade Lounge before the muster drill".

As long as you pick a lounge/area that's open to the public, that works. If you want special area just for your group, you have to set it up with DCL.
