Disembarkation Times in Western Ports

We'll be doing our own excursions in each port, and I'm trying to get a handle on reasonable starting times for those excursions, assuming normal circumstances. So, what's a reasonable time that my feet might be on the shore in each port (then I can allow enough extra time to get to whereever I have to be). So...

KW - 12:15pm? 12:30pm?
GC - got to tender, so 8am?
Cozumel - 10:15am? 10:30am?
