Does anyone know if you can do the onboard check-in if you're flying with a "lap" infant? We're using dcl transport and would love to put our luggage outside the door and not see it again until we reach San francisco. Thanks!

You can do the Onboard Airline check in IF you are flying on a participating airline (AirTran Airways; Alaska Airlines; American Airlines; Delta Air Lines; JetBlue Airways; United Airlines; US Airways) on a domestic flight that doesn't depart prior to 11:30 am AND have purchased EITHER DCL transfers or your flights through DCL.

I don't know that a "lap" infant makes any difference. :confused3

I don't know about United but when we flew Delta with a lap baby (few years back) they were noted on my boarding ticket (it just said lap baby) so I would think you'd be okay. If you haven't let United know you need to give them a call.

Yup, I already have it noted with the airlines. Hopefully, it won't be an issue.
