Long Black - like your American coffee, only without the nescrape taste.

I like it with my Aussie Lamington.

Short Black - well....it only stands to reason that if there is a long black, there has to be a short black. The 'blacks' are a single shot of coffee. Just add more or less water for the long and short of it.

It picks up the coffee undertones in a Tira Misu.

The Marchiato - like the Long black; only with the slightest drop of milk in it.

I'm not really sure what the little drop of milk does. But it is definitely for the cupcake set!

The Espresso - a double shot of coffee, with less water like in a short black.
