Discrepancy in BLT room count?

I've been trying to do a chart of the total number of rooms of each type in each view category, and I like to check my numbers against the DVC Resource Center post in the sticky thread:

And then several folks have put together diagrams showing where all the rooms are and their view type:

With BWV, the counts match up exactly except that the sticky says there are 149 2bd Lockoffs, and the pictures show 148. I think the extra one is the DVC preview center, which is a 2bd unit.

With BLT, though, there's a big discrepancy on the 2bd count.

Dedicated: 148
Total: 281

The difference in the total is 14, which coincidentally happens to be the number of rooms across the outside of the building, or one less than the total number of floors. Anyone have any insight about where the discrepancy is from? Which do you think is correct?

At BLT, there are 267 two-bedroom vacation homes, plus 14 Grand Villas. This adds up to a total of 281 vacation homes.

I don't have a breakout of lock-offs and dedicated two-bedrooms readily available, but work2play's thread on BLT villas and views is an accurate source.

So then the sticky is wrong (and DVCNews.com). I wonder who is the best person to get it fixed? WebmasterDoc?
