Anybody hear any rumors as to what Disney's plans are for old Discovery Island ? Or is this the wrong board to ask ?

I'm not sure where this question should be posted, but it's a good one. We loved Discovery Island and were sad to see it go (though it made sense to put everybody in the Animal Kingdom). We spent a week at WL a couple of weeks ago, and it looked to me like quite a few wild birds (those white ones with long legs) have taken up residence on the island. Maybe Disney will just let them keep it!!
