Discovery Cove package with Seaworld question

Hi, We're going to book DC for this August-I'll probably do the package that includes unlimited days to Seaworld-Does it matter if we go to Seaworld before Discovery Cove (the day before), or do I need to go to DC first in order to have the pass for Seaworld?
Thanks!

We are going to Discovery Cove this July, and purchased the ticket including Sea World, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens. The phone rep told me that we did NOT have to go to Discovery Cove first. FYI, she also said that we didn’t need to make park reservations to get into the other parks.

You can go in any order. If you go to SW first, your DC confirmation e-mail is your ticket. After DC, the DC name tag is your ticket.

If you're going to SW or Aquatica more than once and driving, it is cheaper to upgrade one ticket to the 3 parks w/ Busch Gardens because the upgrade is cheaper than parking twice.

That's interesting about the reservations. I booked Discovery Cove for July with the SW & BG add-ons, and got an email that said ALL tickets needed a reservation. I was able to book a reservation for SW and BG, so I did.

I saw the same message when I booked as well. You definitely are able to make reservations using the bar code on your Discovery Cove ticket, but the rep said it wasn’t necessary. I think I read on the boards here a few posters affirming this.

It's good to know I CAN be spontaneous, but I'm too much of an anxious little Piglet to show up at the park without a reservation. :scared:

I may skip Busch Gardens if they don't improve. The most recent reviews on Trip Advisor have been predominately 1 circle. I guess social distancing, mask compliance, and crowd levels are not what they should be.

It was years ago, but the last time we did Discovery Cove, we went to Seaworld before and after. Once we activated the ticket, they were good for the next 14 days if I remember correctly.
