Has anyone gone to discovery cove? Was it worth it? I was also wondering what the price was. I went to their website but did not see any prices.
Thanks!

Without the Dolphin experience, it's about $150 a person. But you get free tickets for all to either Seaworld or Bush Gardens.

We are going in a few weeks and I've been getting lots of info from the Sea World/Discovery Cove boards - go to the main list of DIS discussion forums and scroll down almost to the bottom to find it. :thumbsup2

There are some pictures posted and lots and lots of good info and tips. I can't wait to go!:cool1:

Worth every penny. One of the nicest days of our lives. We booked the twighlight package which was a little cheaper but it was much BETTER! You arrive at 3 or 4pm or so and have a few hours to use the pools, snorkel lagoon, etc ans then do your dolphin swim. By this time, there is NO ONE there- it is you and maybe a total of 50 people in the whole place. All your food and drink is included (alcohol, too!) and then you chnage and they have a beautiful, delicious dinner buffet with live music and dnacing. It was really special.

Can you tell us the price of the twilight package? Did you feel like you had enough time?
Also, my kids are 10,8, and 4. Is this good for them?

Thanks everyone, it is actually not as expensive as I thought it was going to be.
I think the twilight discover actually sounds pretty awesome.

I like the idea of the twilight there! That sounds really nice. Let me know how it was! I think I may have to look into it on one of our trips!

We did feel we had enough time in the twighlight package. We made sure we got there around 2:45pm so we had the whole time. There is a gorgeous pool with a little cave and a really deep end with a current for swimming. Nice beach area. Across from the big pool was the snorley lagoon and next to it the sting ray area. We took my nephew who was 6 at the time and he loved it. He didn't like the snorkeling but liked wading into the sting ray pool and looking at them with the snorkel mask. My husband LOVED the snorkel area and had plenty of time there. We had a good amount of time in the pool both before and after our dolphin tme which I think was around 5:45pm. Dusk was 8pm or so, so we had 2 1/2 hours before the dolphin swim and another hour or so after. Like I said earlier- it was very cool because it was almost empty so we had the place to ourselves. The dinner was very good. We thought it was well worth the price for the experience.
