discounts?

I'm planning my December 2012 honeymoon and I'm wondering how I go about finding discounts for resorts and such? Any help will be appreciated!

Did my honeymoon at Asmo loved it.Of course that was 10 years ago. O.k so mousesavers does a good job with Disney offers and does have helpfull tips.Also allstarears is a good source of info.
Of course the disboards can answer your questions to.But when it comes to planning a WDW trip every bit of info helps the dis answer your question.How long do you want to stay? Do you have specific dates yet?Maybe you get discounts because of your job?Is this your first ever trip?

there is a "Discounts" drop down box that will list all current offerings. On the WDW site "Special Offers" is a menu choice under the "Tickets and Packages" link.

There are not any offers out there currently. Looking at mousesavers.com history of discounts, December discounts have been released in the August time frame the last couple of years. There were "free dining" and room only rates offered.

These rates were for the first three weeks of the month. I don't know if there will be any offerings for Dec 21st forward. That's one of the busiest periods for WDW. A room can be 50% more for the last 11 nights compared to the weekday rate for the first 20.

If you are a AAA member you can call Disney and get a quote now for a room. The numbers of rooms allotted is capped. The rate varies by resort and season. I have received 10% - 15% discounts that way. In the past a AAA discount required a call to Disney.
