Discounts for Home Away from Home Resorts

Does anyone out there know if AP room discounts ever apply to the Home away from Home resorts?

I know as a DVC member there is a cash discount for my home resort, but I am hopeful that if there is an AP discount offered that it will save me more.

Disney CRO just offered me $260 AP rate for early Feb at Old Key West 1 BR villa. Wound up at AKL (kids first choice). I think AP rates are offered on Home away from Homes based on availability,
