Do Canadians ever get discount codes via e-mail or regular mail offers???

Yes some have gotten post cards. I have never though.
 
I got a email from disney on thurs..I had assumed everyone got one..
Basic offer was 6 nights/7 days value resort plus park tickets for family of 4 at value season...1900.00 CAD
