Does DVC get discounts on tickets even better than the 435 AP with the extra's when does that occur? Also, can I buy the ticket at Disney or do I need to prepay for the ticket. I am going in June, Sept and December this year.. (I got some great air fare prices... ) Ijust applied for the Disney credit card... so.. when is it best to buy the AP?

Thanks...

Its $100 the regular AP and $125 off the Premium AP (for adults at least - the 3-9 kids AP savings are a little cheaper I think).

I ordered mine through member services. What you actually get is a voucher. You bring that to Guest Services (I know they are at Downtown Disney - not sure where else you can turn it in - anyone?) to get the actual AP. The clock starts running then (or is it when you first use it?). So you can order it through MS way ahead of time, and not be afraid of losing time on it.

You can get it at any guest service outside the parks, will need your DVC card and photo ID.

Do I have to buy it before I get there in order to get the discount? or can I buy it when I arrive and still get the discount?

Much thanks.

You can buy it through member services or you can buy it at guest relations at the parks or DTD. The only downside of buying it when you get there is that there could always be a price increase while you're waiting. If you buy it online, you lock in the price and they mail you a voucher that you need to take to guest relations along with a picture ID and DVC membership card to exchange it for the actual pass. The voucher is not activated when it's mail to you. We have several sitting in our closest in case we need them in the future.

So, the price is what is online and there are no specials on the tickets. Thanks this was very helpful.
