On the hotels booking site I do see an option for Travel Agent and I assume there is some sort of code for this?

It might be cheaper buying everything separately, as not all vacation packages are cheaper together.

If you're looking for discount US/IOA tickets, go to Undercover Tourist (prices include taxes and free standard shipping). They're officially sanctioned by the theme parks to sell discounted tickets, so that's one way. I hear if you're a AAA member or Costco, you can get discount tickets through them too.

To find any TA rates, you are going to have to deal directly with Loews and Universal. They usually have a TA desk that can help.
