Discounted WDW Gift Cards?

Curious if there are ever deals out there? I am part of many 'rewards' programs like Coke Rewards, MyPoints, Swagbucks, etc.- do any of these ever offer a Disney Gift card? Do any of your local grocery stores (the ones that carry the different gift cards including Disney gift cards) ever run promotions or deals? How can I get some discounted Disney gift cards? I signed up for a WDW Visa and should be getting a $200 gift card by mail. We have plans to check out the DVC program on our next visit to earn a $50 gift card... Anyone have any tips or pointers for this? Thanks!!

Current offer at Albertson's/Shaw's/Acme: Buy $100 worth of GCs from the in-store Gift Card Mall and get a coupon good for $20 off your next shopping order.

Costco had a slight discount on their Disney GCs around Christmas. If I'm not mistaken, there was also a bonus GC for Disneystore online with your Disney GC purchase. I can't remember the full terms of the deal. Most stores stock Disney GCs.

Bing search has a $25 Disney GC as a reward. Sunshine also offers Disney GCs as redemption options. I haven't seen a Disney GC as a choice on Coke Rewards in a very long time.

Go to bing.com/rewards for details on their search program. It's a very slow earner.

Sunshine, well can't link to it here because the owner was banned from the disboards and links to her website get *'d out. Do a google search for sunshine rewards and you should find it. Chances are good that some eager disboarder who is a member has already PMd you a referral code to enter so that they can earn a few extra dollars when you join.

Haven't seen Disney GC on swagbucks for a while. Am I overlooking it? I did purchase one last time it was offered.

No, the reward site is actually thought to be one of the more honest ones. I don't know all of the details as to why the website name gets starred out when it's linked or gets posted as its full name.

It is a good web site, but people were giving out the referrel links and if I give you a referrel link and you join, then I make $$ if you make $$. We are not allowed to do anything on the Disboards were we can make $$ off of each other.

MyCokeRewards did recently have a Disney Gift Card offer, but the point conversion was not good at all. 1500 points for a $15 GC.

Was the DVC visit a special offer? We did it last year and they were only giving $15, would love to get a $50 one.

Maybe I misunderstood when I heard DH say $50 maybe he said $15... They could be mistaken for one another. I don't know of any special dates it has to be done by or something- I don't think so. Not sure- he read it, it was an offer in our room at the end of our most recent visit 2 weeks ago...

They then re-sell them lower than retail value... sometimes the discount is small (Target cards are 3% lower than retail), sometimes it's big (Barnes & Noble cards are 15% lower than retail). Also, for my rewards programs, I use MyPoints, Swagbucks, Zoombucks, Bing Rewards (it ends 12/31/2011), My Coke Rewards, and Inbox Dollars. I'm also saving the codes from the Cars 2 "Concession Cash" boxes of Kellogg's products to turn in for $5 prepaid Visa cards (4 codes = $5). I've learned about almost all of this from couponingtodisney.com by the way.

Plastic Jungle is very hit and miss. I've been checking daily for months and only 2 days were there any for Disney and they went VERY quickly. There are tons of gift cards for some stores but Disney is rarely there.
