Discounted Water Park Tickets

Hello everyone, Are we able to purchase discounted Water Park tickets for guests and if so, how many? Thanks

Normally, it was DVC blue card holder and 3 additional.

The new special of $20/off..not sure of end date...that you get at the resort..might be for people on reservation. Not sure.
