Hello! My parents are part-time FL residents (own property and a car registered in south FL, but technically full time residents of another state up north). This qualifies them to purchase FL resident Disney World tix, but from what I've read on the Universal website, it does not. Did I read that correctly? You have to have a FL ID to purchase resident tix at Universal? A few years ago my mom got a FL resident room discount at Sapphire Falls, and was never questioned about it. I didn't know if that was because she booked with a travel agent and paid with a credit card registered to her FL address. Sounds like they're stricter about tickets. Thanks a bunch!
