Discounted 'Disney' gift cards...?

$50 card $46 +$1 ship, $100 card is $92 +$1 ship. I thought about emailing to ask what 'kind' of cards these are. Never did. They also sell DL tics.
Anyone ever see this?

I wonder if it's one of those sites that sells old gift cards?

You know how certain places will deduct a portion of the gift card balance if it's kept for a certain amount of time. I don't know that Disney does this at all, but some places do.
