Guys,

There is no need to mail the form. On the Disney Club website you can join online and just need the corporation number. I signed up for the free sampler last night and just had to enter the number.

I ran into the same thing....signed up at the disney.com sight for 39.99 then found out about a month later that my employer offered a discounted membership (29.99). I called Disney Club and explained what happened and the CM credited my AmEx card $10. Just give them a call!
