Discount Tickets

Has anyone purchased tickets from the ticket discounted advertised on this site? Did you have any issues? Where does this company obtain their tickets? I guess what I am asking is are they authorized to sell them? Also, do you get a receipt with a tracking number on them like you do when purchase at the DS or on the Disney site in case they are lost so that they are easily replaced?
