Do any of you use other sites to get discount park tickets on? If so, could you recommend any? I found a site that's offering a 5-Day Park Hopper pass at the same price as a 3-Day Park Hopper pass.....but I'm a little skeptical about trusting the site.

The site I used to book my flight (Priceline) is offering a discount on tickets, but it's only a 2 or 3% discount.

Once you get to a 3 day ticket, the prices are just small steps through 10 days.

Reputable and discounted tickets for Disney, usually don't go hand in hand well.

Hey MM -- are you a member of a credit union or anything like that? Sometimes, you can get really good discounts through them or other "affinity" (union, AAA, etc.) groups like that.

Borders Rewards also had a pretty good deal on tics a couple months ago -- it might be worth checking there. YEP! Here is what they are advertising now: Walt Disney World - Save up to $25 and get 3 extra days for free.

Nope. Not a credit union member, but my parents are. (Although knowing the ridiculous length of time it takes for a package to get from my folks to me, I'm going to avoid that.) I think I'll be getting them from OrlandoFunTickets. They deliver to the hotel for a small delivery fee, which will be really handy. Thanks for the input.

Is the "small delivery fee" more than you're saving on the ticket price? :confused3

I think most of them charge a courrier fee of like $10 or something.

That being said, your reservation downloaded and you've got a great room (so far) :thumbsup2

Ah, what a pretty parrot! :) I have been taking care of my fathers parrots and they both have attitudes, but then I suppose all parrots do. I know that they are not happy unless they are being noisy, or destructive, both not necessarily at the same time, thank goodness.

It was 12 buckaroos for delivery, which isn't too bad considering we got 2 5-day base tickets for the price of 2 4-day base tickets. We were originally going to get 3-day Park Hopper tickets, but if we decide to leave a park and come back later we can just use the 2 extra days. (We're only staying 4 nights, and won't be going to the parks on the first day.) Overall I think we got a really good deal.

Thank you so much, David. You have no idea how much we appreciate this. I recently had some major unexpected expenses and I'm going to be pretty much broke after I get home from WDW......but I wouldn't miss this for anything.......even if I have to eat chicken strips for every meal! I need this vacation! :lmao:

I've stayed at the Poly about 5 or 6 times, and I've been put in the Fiji longhouse every time. The thing is I didn't mind it at all. A room at the Poly is still a room at the Poly, ya know? :thumbsup2

Fiji is a very popular longhouse! That marina view is nice. Although I couldn't get anything other than the garden view category, you'll still have a nice view (if the room doesn't get changed on me before you check in )

I love the marina. It's a nice mixture of water, plants and people-watching. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Does the Poly actually have rooms that face the parking lot? I couldn't remember if it does or not. :confused3

It does, but don't worry I wont let you get any of those rooms! :rotfl:

We've used Undercover Tourist a couple of times to buy tickets. If you subscribe to the MouseSavers newsletter, you'll get a special link that has discounted rates.

Conc sounds like a good friend to have. Ya got any pull at POFQ? ;)

Any room at the Poly is great...... *whispers* but I appreciate not having a parking lot view. LOL Thank you.

Conc has been extremely nice and helpful. He's a sweetheart.

A lot of people over on the Budget Board seem to like Undercover Tourist as well. I already bought mine on Orlando Fun Tickets. The price was good.......but I'll be sure to give you a report as to whether or not they actually delivered the tickets to the hotel when I get back. ;)

Very very little :( I only know one luggage manager and an FSA.

One of my co-workers' partner just transferred from there, so he may have some pull. PM me with your info and I can see what I can do!
