Discount Tickets or General Tickets ?

Is there a discount ticket out there ( including thru connections, aaa or whatever)
that has the two Universal and Islands in one day?

I believe there is a 2park one day pass. but I don't think it is very cost effective. You would be better off to buy a 3day 2park ticket ( the left over days never expire and you can go between the two parks.
