discount questions with annual pass

i was looking over the list of discounts available with the annual pass and i do not see a couple of things that i thought i saw before.

is there a discount at food carts (w/ registers) at citywalk?
what is the free interactive card given at NBA City?
i thought i saw somewhere that there was free or discount access to the hotel gyms; is this so?

I don't think you can use your AP discount at the food stands.

You get the free fitness center perk at the hotels only if you are staying on club level or if your are a Loews First member paying a "qualifying rate" (i.e. not a discounted rate).

Normally, you only get discounts on counter service in full service restuarants in the parks. However, when I was leaving US on Sunday I stopped at the cart right inside the gates and was given an AP discount on the drink. It never hurts to ask.

A few of the carts are set up with the Universal Studios computer system. At those, you can get an AP discount. Most of the carts just have cash registers though. I know the drink cart between Jimmy Neutron and Twister (across the street from Lucy's) gives an AP discount.
