So, I have a fall room offer booked in Wilderness in November. The weekends are booked full, but the middle of the week, a passholder discount is available.

Is it possible to have 2 days at fall room offer, 4 days at passholder then 2 mroe days at fall room offer? Are these going to be considered different reservations and be a room switch even if they are at the same "level"?

You can have different reservations with different discounts, but they would be considered separate reservations. As long as you book the same room type for all 3 reservations, you can have them linked together with a request on them to keep the same room. You will have to check in/out for all of them, but when you check in for the first one, tell the CM you have 2 continuing reservations and would like to stay in the same room if possible. Your chances are probably pretty good that you will be able to keep the same room and although it is not guaranteed that you won't have to move, Disney will do everything they can to accommodate you. Good luck and have a great trip.
