Discount Park tickets for 2021?

Hello, my family and I are heading to WDW the last week in Feb 2021.

We typically bought tickets at Tickets2You, but they are no longer selling discount tickets.
Are there any other options besides the WDW website? Is the (reintroduced) Park Hopper system (after 2pm) Free or do you still need special park hopper pass?

Lastly, do I need to make my park reservations now... or is there little risk to waiting a few more weeks?

Undercover Tourist is a popular site for discounted tickets, though they aren't always that much cheaper. Yes, you have to pay for the park hopper.
I would make the park reservations as early as possible. There very well may still be openings in a few weeks, but there is no harm in making them earlier (once you have tickets) as you can always change them.

I just saw a commercial on tv yesterday to “add two free days to your park tickets when you book a package” through Disney. I couldn’t catch much else but I saw the travel dates were into September. I plan on checking further into that one.

Thanks... but we aren't staying on Disney property. Rented a huge house in Kissimmee with a pool. jacuzzi, and arcade!

Make your reservations as soon as you have tickets attached to My Disney Experience.

In order to park hop after 2PM you do need the park hopping option as always

This is the promo you were talking about. Basically you get an additional 2 free days on tickets when you book a 4 night stay. The room can’t be discounted in any way (only one promo per package).

On January 5 Disney is releasing a new promo. Walt Disney World Resort is offering a special “happy new year” gift to those planning 2021 vacations at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Available to book beginning Jan. 5, 2021, Guests buying non-discounted four-night/three-day room and ticket packages at select Disney Resort hotels for arrivals most nights Jan. 8, 2021, through Sept. 25, 2021, will receive an additional two days of theme park tickets.
