We were in Universal 3-4 years ago and got a butterbeer plastic mug. Is there discount if we bring it back? We are going in 11 days.

The butterbeer cups hold less than the disposable cups. Don't use them for butterbeer refills. Butterbeer is now very overpriced, by the way. $6.49 for frozen and $5.99 for the others I believe.

Butterbeer is never discounted for refills. You could get you mug refilled and pay the price for the regular disposable cup, but there is no advantage in doing so. You could use you Butterbeer mug to get a $1.19 soda refill though

Thanks for that link. It sent me to the closet to look for my red Universal cup. I was going to ask if it really meant free refills if it says good for day of purchase only on it, but the article claims it does work.

Maybe the newer goblet style mugs, but not the ones with the handles. I was just searching the kitchen for an old disposable one and was unsuccessful (and encountered one of aragog's relatives, AUGH AUGH AUGH) but I've experimented in the past and they were the same.

I have the one with the handle and it seems pretty big. I still won't bother if I don't need it.

Found the disposable cup (yes I bring them home, I'm weird) and it holds the same amount of liquid as the handled butterbeer mug.

Not urging you to bring it. Just finishing what I meant to do the other day. :)
