discount off rack rate when not using points

Do dvc members receive a discount off the rack rate when paying cash and not using points? If so what is the usual discount, and is it only good at DVC resorts or would it apply to other disney resorts as well.

There is a 25% discount for DVC resorts only.

Is there a website or list to look at for a price list for the DVC resorts? We are doing a 1 night studio since our plane leaves late the next day after a week at the beach using II's and I'd rather use $$ than my points. We are staying in BW so the kids can play on the water slide there.

You have to get the discount with your reservation, not when you arrive. Many times it is NOT available. Sometimes you can reserve then get the discount later through MS. It is not an automatic discount.

We just paid cash for one night in a 1 bdr at OKW and the price was right at $300 + tax.

If you have an annual pass, you may want to also look at AP rates. For July, an OKW or SSR studio is $159, which is about 40% off. The downside is they can't officially "link" an AP rate to a point stay. The upside is you get free daily housekeeping.
