discount in July?

We just booked our first stay on onsite. We will be staying at CSR. We got MYW package with tickets and dining. We booked through AAA. Are there discounts out for this time of year? Will WDW mail us a postcard or email us or do we just have to hunt for it? We already booked our trip, but can we get the Disney Visa card now so that if there is a code, we can take advantage of it? Help me save money!
