Discount Epcot tix?

JUst read through the Ticket Sticky but couldn't find this, so I'm sure it doesn't exist. Anyway, IS there a discount entry ticket to Epcot after a certain time of day that one could buy at the gate? Thanks!

Nothing available to the general public.

Some conventions offer tickets that are valid after 2 pm or after 4 pm, but you must use a link provided by the convention organizer.

I remember seeing a FL AP for epcot after 4pm. Not sure if they offer a daily ticket, but i think not.
