Discount codes ????

We made our motel reservations at a local travel agency before I discovered this site and became more informed on how to possibly get a better price. Also our resevations are paid for already.

Is it still possible to call the WDW reservation line and ask for codes? Can this be done from Canada? I read on the board where someone called a few days in a row and finally one of the CMs got them a discount on a their reservation.

From reading these boards I have learned that you book your reservation, and once you hear about codes that are released for your travel dates, you call down and try to modify your reservation to get a cheaper rate. Be aware that Disney will release only a limited number of rooms for each code, so it is important to call as soon as you find out. I have had no luck with this personally, but hopefully you will!
