Discount Codes?

This may not be the right place to ask this...if not, please move this thread so I can figure out where it is supposed to go...

I never get discount codes in my email and I keep hearing about people getting them?

And free dining...how do you get that?

I am clueless about this aspect, as I have only gone on a Wish Trip so far...??? But I want to get us back to Disney....but I need to find some deals!!

You can find all sorts of info on various codes, pins, free dining, AAA discount, etc. on the Codes and Rates board on these disboards. If you aren't finding just what you are looking for there you can, of course, ask for info on finding what you need there. Here's is a link to that board:

Free dining is only offered at certain times, usually sometime in late august through late sept. This year they also have a free dining offer for some dates in Nov and Dec if you are a disney visa card holder. You pay rack rate on the room and get free dining. There are also some room codes that have been available. You can only use one discount at a time, though, if you use a room code, you can get free dining, or with free dining no code for rooms, and you can't use two discounts on the room. Anyway, there's usually something, just have to see what suits the time you can go and if they have a room available in the resort you want with the discount you want to use. I had a really good room discount for my upcoming trip next week, but switched it to free dining instead(I just called and asked to price out the free dining offer to compare and was able to choose what was best and ask to have that applied to my ressie instead).
