I am like a freak these days, getting up at the crack of dawn to check mousesavers. I even checked over the weekend. I need codes for Feb 5-12, 2005. I am just a nervous wreak. I hope they are good, because I need 2 rooms and I don't want my parents to have to pay an arm and a leg for their first trip since 1978.

I wonder why the codes start on 1/2? I believe last year they were from 1/1 and on. I hope that's the case this year, I'm checking in on 1/1 and I'd hate to have to recheck-in.

I noticed that codes weren't released until December last year and I sure hope we don't have to wait that long! It looks like there are quite a few of us "Northerners" heading South to escape the snow!

Oh, the waiting. It's awful.

I went ahead and booked for 1/1 through 1/8 and the CM told me that codes wouldn't be out until about mid-November. She did say, however, that 1/1 was a value season date. That surprised me since this year 1/1 is a Saturday. My guess, Michelina, is that the code won't be good until 1/2 because they don't need a code to get lots of bookings for 1/1.

3forMe, Yes I am running from Mardi Gras, and as fast as I can. It has become awful with the nakedness and drunkedness everywhere. The only parades my kids have experienced are the Disney ones. They are too small to know the difference. When they get older, I'll have to take them, but for now we'll be with the MOUSE. Steph

I could be wrong, but I thought in the past different resorts started the discount on different days in terms of the beginning of January. Some (mostly deluxes) started 1/1 and others started 1/2.

according to this they were all the same start date. they didnt
have it based on resort, but type of discount.
