Discount app?

Hi all - a while back I saw a recc for an app that helps you see which discount (PAP, DVC etc) to use at which time. It was an awesome app and I can't find it! anyone suggest any good apps?

Are you thinking of MousePerks? I think it's only available on Android, but the website is designed for mobile devices - http://mouseperks.com/.
