I did go to the Disney Store today and got the passes/vouchers. I kept quizing the person who I bought them from about when the year started because she frist of all told me that they are activated then and there (at the store). She then told me that they are activated at the store, but the year started the first day that I used them. Basically, she didn't know the terms...
At that point I was tempted to hold off and order them will call, but went ahead and got them. We're planning on going back down in a year so the date matters, but I'll quit being a worry wart.
Bottom line is that the plastic cards like things are scanned and paid for at the store and then turned into tickets at the park.
I will be checking into Pop Century before activating so figured that it would be good to have the voucher in hand. Maybe it wouldn't have mattered, but it's done regardless.
So when I activate the voucher I go to the window that tickets are purchased at? I might do that the Friday night that I first arrive. Epcot would be open late so I could do it then so I don't need to take the time the next morning. We'll see if I have the energy when I get there.
