Discount after final payment

So - final payment is due tomorrow (yippee only 45 days to go!). I am still holding out hope for a FD pin which would be a savings for me over kids play free. I'll call tomorrow and check for a pin one last time before I make my payment. Assuming I do not have one tomorrow, am I finished hoping? If I should get a pin or if FD should become available for my dates as a GP discount, would I be able to get it even after paying my balance? Anyone have any personal experience with getting or getting denied a discount after full payment?

All I know is there is a change fee of $50 if you want to change something after the 45 day mark. Not sure if the change could be to another discount code. You should call and ask and find it in writing.

I would like to know the answer to that question also. I have to pay off my balance on the 30th. Hoping I get a free dining pin or they release something by then.

I am pretty sure that when we went last year for Spring Break, I got a credit of about $200 right before we left, after we had made final payment. I kept checking the rates on the website and it eventually went down. I don't remember the promotion but it did happen. I didn't have any trouble getting the credit. I called and the CM checked the pricing to see if our stay qualified for it and it did, so he refunded me the money. It was very easy.

After the 45 day mark if your total package rate goes down the $50 change fee is figured into your package cost and the difference is refunded. As long as promo rooms are available for your dates Disney is very good about applying new ones.
